Step 1: The Brief
Once we receive your request, a dedicated account manager from the team will review your requirements and be in touch with you to discuss further
Step 2: The Vet
Our interviews are held via video call to get a good feel for the candidate. We personally verify references, ideally via phone call, and check STCW/ENG1 validity before offering you a candidate.
We filter out the "maybe's", so you only see the "definitely's."
Step 3: The Application
We send you the preliminary application via email for our candidates, with CV, brief interview breakdown and verified reference confirmation.
If you are interested in the candidate at this stage, we will then send you their full profile including certificates, references and contact details
